Hi Folks, my name is Ranger, I’m 4 years old and I am in need of a home. My foster family thinks I’m a pretty cool guy and they are impressed that I have never had an accident in their home. Storms don’t bother me either. I even know a bunch of tricks, like rolling over. I am good by myself or with another mellow dog. I am easily bullied by dogs who are pushy though. I love to play in the water and would likely love to swim if given some training in that. And I am good on walks. Older kids are ok too. So how can anyone resist me? Well, apparently although I think of myself as a golden (and always act like one) I am not a purebred. I am a bit smaller, weighing in at about 40 lbs. And, well. . . I’m a bit shy when I meet new people, although if you give me a few minutes I will warm right up to you. A quiet lifestyle sounds good to me too.
