Hi folks, I’m Rusty and I need a new home. I’m 15 years young, really. I’ll amaze you with the amount of energy I have for my age. but you also get the benefits of a sweet, calm, loving boy. I get along with dogs, cats and people of all ages. My foster says my name should be Happy because I always am. I am afraid of storms but that’s my only flaw.
